Homebalance Care options

Homebalance designed 3 model variants of customer care. The individual variants differ depending on the complexity of the entire product and the participation of HomeBalance and the medical facility in the operation of the end service. Based on the demand, a customer analysis will be performed on the basis of which a tailor-made solution will be designed, which will consist of a combination of individual variants according to the individual needs and requirements of the given medical facility.

Variant I

The Homebalance Care System can be used as a medical device for outpatient care, inpatient care, distance therapy, and in other cases. The operator will receive all the necessary equipment (stabilometric platform, tablet with software, wristwatch), including access to the online Homebalance Care Cloud System, in which the operator can supervise the course of therapy of individual patients. The therapeutic plan is fixed and cannot be changed.

Variant I does not contain a patient database. The Homebalance Care Cloud System displays all measured results and practiced therapies under one patient account. You cannot create separate accounts for individual patients.

Variant II

Homebalance Care can be used for outpatient care and inpatient care, also as a medical device for distance therapy and other cases. Variant II is suitable for facilities that want to have the complete course of patient therapy exclusively under their control.
 

The course of distance therapy 
The medical facility will receive a complete Homebalance Care Set as an operator of the distance therapy service. The operator will perform an initial examination of the patient, provide the patient with the technology needed for therapy, and will provide training in the use of Homebalance technology. The operator has access to the Homebalance Care Cloud System, in which the therapy courses of individual patients are recorded. The operator also ensures communication with the patient and supervises the course of therapy. Plus in the Homebalance Care Cloud System, the therapist has the option of modifying the patient's therapeutic plan.

 

All services and operation of terminal equipment (platform, tablet, and others) are provided by your facility. The HomeBalance Company helps with the introduction of technology into the process of the medical facility and HomeBalance also helps with operation implementation. In case of technical problems, the medical facility can contact the technical support line operated by HomeBalance. Technical assistance to the patient is provided by the operator, i.e. the medical facility.

Variant III

As in Variant II the system can be used for outpatient care and inpatient care, also as a medical device for distance therapy. This variant is suitable for facilities that do not plan to supervise the complete course of the patient's therapy and want to pass on the technical side to someone else.
 

The course of distance therapy The healthcare facility will recommend therapy to the patient at home using Homebalance Care and perform a standardized initial physical examination on the patient. At the same time, the medical facility has access to the cloud system for the ability to monitor the patient's therapy. Homebalance ensures the transfer of technology to the patient and trains the patient on how to use it. In the cloud system, HomeBalance oversees the course of therapy, communicates with the patient, and adjusts the rehabilitation plan as needed. To increase patient adherence the company uses a monitoring desk. After the end of the therapy, HomeBalance will take over the Care Set from the patient, clean it and prepare it for the next patient. Both the patient and the medical facility will receive the final report on the completion of the therapy course.

HomeBalance provides the Homebalance Care Cloud System and technical support in the event of technical problems to both the patient and the medical facility. The benefit for medical facilities is mainly relieving them from the technical aspects. HomeBalance will simply solve it for you.
